I've been vegan for almost 30 years. I buy only organic food, which I cook from scratch, because it's the healthiest way. When I do eat out, I prefer vegetarian restaurants, although I do also go to regular restaurants, because I think it's important that they see there's a demand for vegan food.
I've been an avid reader since childhood, with history and literature being my favorite topics. I listen to classical music, and Beethoven is my very favorite. I also like Schubert, Dvorak, Mahler, and Brahms.
In my spare time, I volunteer for an environmental organization. I love going to concerts, plays, and museums.
