I do work a lot, which makes my days off especially meaningful—filled with simple joys like tending my garden, creating nourishing meals, staying active, and sharing life with my three dogs. I’m happiest when I’m out in nature. Reading, staying fit, practicing yoga, and hiking, keep me grounded and joyful.
